Photographs taken are collected, processed and used on the basis of the consent given in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 UAbs. 1 lit. a) DSGVO. The photographs are collected, processed and used for marketing purposes. In case of refusal to consent, it is unfortunately not possible for us to publish a picture of you. No automated decision-making will be undertaken.

A transfer of your personal data to a third country or to an international organisation takes place to the extent that the photographs with your images are published on social media.

The servers of the social media providers are usually located in a third country. Since there is no adequacy decision according to Art. 45 DSGVO and no suitable guarantees according to Art. 46 DSGVO that secure the transfer to the USA, the transfer here can only take place with your consent.

Therefore, if you have expressly consented to the transfer of your personal data, the transfer of the data is justified pursuant to Art. 49 (1) sentence 1 lit. a) DSGVO.

Pursuant to Art. 15 DSGVO, you are entitled to information about the processing of your personal data.

In addition, you are free to assert the right to rectification, erasure or, if erasure is not possible, restriction of processing and data portability in accordance with Articles 16-18, 20 DSGVO. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact our data protection officer.
