Publication in print- and online media such as the ARL News or publications on the conference.

In principle, your personal data will not be passed on to external third parties. Your personal data will only be passed on to external third parties for the purpose of booking your accommodation. We will involve these third parties as data processors (Art. 28 DSGVO) in accordance with data protection regulations. The booking of accommodation is only done for active participants via ARL.

There is no transfer to a third country or international organisation of the personal data you provide, and neither is any such transfer planned.
